RE: How to manually expand a slide out
Did you try a google search? It looks like Skyline has a lot of info available.

RE: Water tank has a drain?
There should be a cap that screws onto the fitting pictured.

RE: Inverter Output Power Question
I don't think that any outlets are made that are not capable of 15 amps(1800 watts) or more. If there is a single breaker or fuse on the output then the total would be available to any or all outlets. If there are 3 breakers or fuses then they might be divided equally.

RE: Onan Generator Oil Filter Crossthreaded
Who changed the filter the last time? If it is cross threaded they are the responsible party and they should pay not your insurance.

RE: Best navigation app when towing a 5th wheel
The supplied gps with the vehicle, Google Maps, and Waze, do not allow input of height or weight so they are out when driving a RV. I have been looking at the possibilities and haven't made a decision yet. Some that I have seen are "Copilot Gps" "TruckMap" and "sygic". Now I can add "Smart Truck Route" to my list. I will be interested to know if anyone has first hand experience with any of these.

RE: What is leaking? Dometic RM1350 4 door fridge
It looks like something is dripping on the top from above. I would be checking the vent cover and roof in that area.

RE: Window screen clips broke. Where can i find these?
You need to know the brand and model of the window. Once you have that it should be easy to find the parts you need. I have used https://www.pellandent.com/RV_Products_List.aspx?CategoryID=278 when I need parts.

RE: Older Norcold fridge issue
25 years on the original fridge is very good so it is not surprising if the cooling unit is toast. There are several u-tube videos that show people changing the cooling units. I will not hesitate to change my own if I need to before I get too old.

RE: Dometic WH-6GEA does not work on electric alone
I am not familiar with that particular model but most of them work basically the same.
Electric heating is 115 Volt AC but you don't even mention checking for it. 12 volt is for control of the gas so if gas only is working you know the 12 volt is good.
You either have tripped the breaker for the 115 volt or there may be a switch on the unit. Or the electric might have been on with no water and burned out the element.

RE: Reflection 337/TPMS Question
I was able to pick up the 12 volts needed from the light in the front compartment. Repeater sets a few inches from the light. TST 507 works great.

RE: Handheld air compressor
As many have said most will do the job if you have lots of time. Pay attention to the duty cycle. That is the percentage of time that you can run them. I bought one that is by the same manufacturer that my other battery tools. That way I already have several extra batteries.

RE: Wheel Dust Caps
Check your bearings. I had a dust cap come off and just ignored it. A few miles later the bearing let go. If I had checked when I noticed the cap was off I might have prevented a major repair.

RE: Water heater
I forget what they call it but it is using engine coolant to heat water when on the road.
